Pecan Pie Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ (175℃) and line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the lined baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, flour, salt, vanilla extract, and corn syrup until well combined, then fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the crust and bake for 10 minutes.
- If desired, add decorative pecan halves on top and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until the filling is set.
- Allow to cool completely for at least an hour before slicing and serving.
