Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cream the butter and 1 cup of brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the flour and mix until coarse crumbs form, adding more flour if necessary.
- Press the crust mixture into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until dry and slightly puffed.
- For the filling, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Stir in the pecans and pour the filling over the crust, ensuring it's a light layer.
- Return to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the filling appears mostly set.
- Sprinkle with coarse sea salt, cool completely, and refrigerate overnight.
- Cut into 24 pieces and serve slightly chilled.
