Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a quarter sheet pan (13" x 9 1/2").
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
- 3. Fold in the chopped pecans.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- 5. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes until set in the center and golden brown around the edges.
- 6. Let cool, cut into bars, and serve.
