Cranberry Pecan Pie Bars

The crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine the crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse until crumbly.
- Press the dough into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
- Let the crust cool slightly, then mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.
- If the filling is dry, add a tablespoon of water and mix until combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set.
- Allow the bars to cool, then refrigerate until completely cooled before slicing.
