Seasoning and wrapping

parchment paper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place one cod filet on each piece of parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
- Top each filet with the herb mixture.
- Divide the buttery spread and place it on top of each piece of fish.
- Fold the parchment paper tightly around the fish to create sealed packets.
- Arrange the packets on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
- Cut open the packets to serve, either directly in the parchment or on a plate.
