Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉/177℃.
- Sauté diced onions in olive oil until soft, then add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Creole seasoning, red pepper flakes, and ground black pepper.
- Stir in the sautéed onion mixture, spinach, and artichoke hearts until thoroughly combined.
- Spread the mixture in a 9×13-inch baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve slightly cooled with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
