Ingredients

The dip

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

For serving

  • as needed tortilla chips or bread chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly oil a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, and shredded mozzarella.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
