Instructions
- Prepare the fudgsicle base by melting chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave.
- Blend the melted chocolate mixture with silken tofu, maple syrup, and powdered peanut butter until smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, add water to achieve desired consistency.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for about 4 hours.
- Once frozen, prepare the topping by melting chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Chop salted peanuts and place them on a plate.
- Remove the fudgsicles from the molds, dip them in the melted chocolate, and roll in crushed peanuts.
- Enjoy your fudgcicles and store any leftovers in the freezer.
