Savory Ham and Cheese Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ and prepare a muffin pan with liners or cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and honey.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, then fold in the ham, cheese, corn, herbs, green onion, and optional zucchini.
- Scoop the mixture into the muffin pan, filling each well at least ¾ full.
- Optionally, top each muffin with extra cheese, ham, corn, and chives.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes until the muffins are set and golden brown on top.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
