Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust by whisking together flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Grate the cold butter into the dry ingredients and mix until coated.
- Add sour cream and mix until a shaggy dough forms, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles to fit a greased muffin tin.
