Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place phyllo dough shells on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, brown the diced ham over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Divide the browned ham evenly among the phyllo shells.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, and thyme until frothy.
- Fill each phyllo shell with the egg mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are puffy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chives before serving.
