Instructions
- Prepare the pie dough and chill it for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until combined, then refrigerate.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C) and grease two mini muffin pans.
- Roll out the pie dough and cut into 2.5-inch rounds, then fit them into the muffin pans.
- Pour the egg filling into each crust and top with your chosen add-ins and cheese.
- Bake for about 25-28 minutes until the centers are set and the edges are lightly browned.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the pans.
