Instructions
- Make the crust dough and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Blind-bake the pie crust at 375°F for about 15 minutes, then remove weights and bake for an additional 7-10 minutes until golden.
- Prepare the custard by blending eggs, cream, milk, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Prep any fillings by sautéing or steaming vegetables.
- Assemble the quiche by adding half of the custard and cheese to the crust, followed by the fillings, and top with remaining cheese and custard.
- Bake the quiche at 350°F for 45-60 minutes until golden and slightly wobbly in the center.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
