Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a deep 9-inch pie dish with nonstick spray.
- Prepare any mix-ins you want to use.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, half-and-half, salt, pepper, mustard, and nutmeg.
- Scatter the mix-ins evenly across the bottom of the prepared pie dish and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and sprinkle chives on top.
- Place the dish on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes until the center is set and golden at the edges.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then cut into wedges and enjoy warm.
