Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the broccoli until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Spread the cooked broccoli in the pie dish and top with chives and cheddar cheese.
- Blend the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese, pressing down any sticking pieces.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
