Cilantro Lime Chicken Kebab

Instructions
- Soak the bamboo skewers in cold water.
- Combine the chicken, garlic, lime juice, chili flakes, cilantro, salt, and paprika, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir to coat the chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably for 2 hours.
- Thread 3 pieces of chicken onto the bamboo skewers.
- Fire up the grill and grill for about 10 minutes, basting with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Remove from the grill once the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
