Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 16 equal-sized cubes and pat dry.
- Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.
- Thread four pieces of chicken onto a skewer and repeat until all chicken is skewered.
- Preheat the grill and cook the chicken kebabs until fully cooked, brushing with olive oil while grilling.
- Serve hot.
