Grilled Middle Eastern Chicken Kebabs

Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into 1 ½ inch cubes and place in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the chicken and mix well.
- Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Assemble the kebabs by alternating chicken and onion pieces on the skewers.
- Heat the grill to 450°F.
- Cook the kebabs on the grill for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill and serve.
