Greek Chicken Kebabs with Tzatziki Sauce

Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the veggies, cube the chicken, and make the marinade by combining all marinade ingredients.
- Transfer about ¾ of the marinade to a container, add chicken, and marinate for 4-24 hours.
- Make the tzatziki sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
- Preheat the grill to 400ºF.
- Assemble the kebabs by threading chicken and veggies onto skewers, discarding the marinade used for chicken.
- Brush kebabs with the remaining marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve kebabs with tzatziki sauce.
