The kebabs

Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag, pour marinade over it, seal, and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 2 hours.
- Toss veggies with olive oil and season with remaining herbs and salt.
- Preheat the grill and thread the ingredients onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs until the chicken is cooked through, about 8 to 12 minutes.
- Serve warm with tzatziki sauce.
