Instructions
- Whisk together the lemon peel, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

- Thread the marinated chicken and grape tomatoes onto metal skewers.
- Grill the skewers over medium heat, basting with the lemon mixture, until the chicken is cooked and slightly charred.
