Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the marinade by whisking salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl, then add chicken cubes and let marinate.
- Place chopped peppers and halved potatoes on the baking sheet, season with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers and place them in the center of the baking sheet with the vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the peppers are golden.
- Assemble the kebab board with cooked chicken skewers, vegetables, tzatziki, and pitas.
