Almond & Nutmeg Gluten-Free Biscotti

Dry Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- In a small bowl, mix the wet ingredients with an electric mixer.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Add the nutmeg to the dry ingredients and whisk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until sticky.
- Scoop the dough onto parchment paper and shape it into a log.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until slightly golden.
- Let cool completely for about an hour.
- Slice the log diagonally with a serrated knife.
- Place the slices cut side down on parchment paper.
- Bake at 250°F for about 15 minutes on each side until desired brownness.
- Let cool and store covered with a kitchen towel.
