Creamy Tahini Dressing

Instructions
- Combine olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, mustard, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper in a jar or measuring cup.
- Whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Add cold water and whisk again until creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice or pepper if desired.
- If too thick, add more cold water a tablespoon at a time.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
