Creamy Tahini Dill Dressing

Instructions
- Combine tahini, water, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk until creamy and adjust lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Stir in fresh dill and let the dressing rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week, thinning with water if necessary.
