Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw tahini
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 large handful fresh dill, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine tahini, water, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until creamy and adjust lemon juice and salt to taste.
  3. Stir in fresh dill and let the dressing rest for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week, thinning with water if necessary.
