Creole spice or blackened spice

red or green bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- Boil the pasta in a large pot according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season the shrimp generously with blackened spices and salt.
- Heat oil or butter in a heavy-bottomed Dutch oven over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 3-5 minutes, then set aside.
- In the same pot, add onions, tomatoes, and garlic, stirring for about a minute.
- Add thyme, paprika, Creole or blackened spice, bell peppers, chicken broth, salt, and Worcestershire sauce, then bring to a boil.
- Simmer the sauce for about 7-10 minutes.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce or serve the blackened shrimp on top, garnished with parsley if desired.
