Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Season the shrimp with Creole seasoning, then sauté in a skillet with oil or butter for 3-5 minutes until lightly cooked. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, followed by paprika, thyme, and oregano. Stir until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato paste, cream, milk, lemon juice, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and parsley, stir, and add cheese if desired. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine the pasta with the sauce, allowing it to soak up the flavors. Serve and enjoy!
