Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Instructions
- 1. Boil water and cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the minced garlic.
- 3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn opaque.
- 4. Pour in the reserved pasta water, heavy cream, and optional white wine, then bring to a simmer.
- 5. Stir in the butter, salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
- 6. Once the shrimp is cooked through, add the spinach and mix well.
- 7. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- 8. Turn off the heat, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
