Shrimp and Spinach Pasta

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain and reserve ⅓ cup of the pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat the butter and olive oil, sauté the garlic, then add the shrimp and cook until opaque.
- Add the spaghetti, reserved pasta water, white wine, salt, and spinach to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Turn off the heat, stir in the parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
