Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Season the shrimp with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then add to the pot and cook until pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp and set aside. Add onions, green peppers, red peppers, and garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaf, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and wine to the pot and stir.
- Fold in the cooked spaghetti and stir to combine.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the bay leaf and add the cooked shrimp back to the pot before serving.
