Spicy Shrimp Pasta

spicy arrabbiata pasta sauce
The protein

raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
- Bring salted water to a boil and cook the noodles to al dente according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add broccoli and bell peppers with salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add shallot and cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the pasta sauce and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and add shrimp, simmering until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat with shrimp and vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan before serving.
