Shrimp and Broccoli

linguine or your favorite pasta or rice

mushrooms, sliced

garlic, finely chopped

broccoli florets, par-cooked

artichoke hearts, sliced

white wine (optional)

red pepper flakes

chicken stock (or seafood/vegetable stock)

butter for beurre manie

flour for beurre manie
Instructions
- Pre-cook the broccoli to your desired tenderness.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat.
- Add mushrooms to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Add shrimp and garlic to the pan and cook until shrimp are almost done.
- If using, deglaze the pan with white wine.
- Add the precooked broccoli and sliced artichoke hearts to the pan.
- Stir in the stock, seasonings, and butter mixed with flour to thicken the sauce.
- Serve the shrimp and broccoli over linguine and enjoy.
