Garlic Shrimp and Spinach over Linguine

The seasoning and oil

grated Romano cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.
- Heat a large skillet on high heat and add olive oil.
- Add chopped garlic and shrimp, then reduce heat to medium and stir to prevent burning.
- Remove shrimp and most of the garlic when shrimp are about ¾ cooked, about 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes, adding more olive oil if necessary.
- Stir in spinach and cook until it begins to wilt.
- Return the shrimp and garlic to the pan, season with crushed red pepper, sea salt, and pepper.
- Toss the mixture and cook until shrimp are fully cooked.
- Drain the cooked pasta and mix it with the shrimp and spinach sauté.
- Serve immediately with grated Romano cheese.
