Spicy Shrimp Pasta

shrimp, deveined and tail-on

white wine

pasta water

chili flakes

lime juice

tablespoon
flat leaf parsley leaves, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside 2 tablespoons of pasta water.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter, and sauté minced garlic until aromatic.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir until they are halfway cooked.
- Pour in white wine, pasta water, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper, and continue cooking until shrimp are almost done.
- Stir in lime juice, diced tomato, parsley, and the cooked pasta, mixing well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with shaved Parmesan cheese.
