Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Toss shrimp with blackening powder and sauté in olive oil until cooked through.
- Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- Combine pasta with pesto and add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Stir in the shrimp and toasted pine nuts, then serve with extra Parmesan cheese.
