Sheet Pan Chicken and Sweet Potatoes

McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the chicken and season with BBQ seasoning, chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate while preparing the vegetables.
- In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the sliced sweet potatoes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Line a sheet pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- Spread the sweet potatoes and chicken on the sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pan, flip the chicken and sweet potatoes, and add the brussels sprouts.
- Season the brussels sprouts with salt and pepper, then return the pan to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing the chicken.
- Serve the dish.
