Ingredients

The chicken

  • 2 pieces skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 packet McCormick's Grill Mates Chicken Seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

The potatoes

  • ½ pound potatoes, diced into 1-2 inch cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, then remove from heat and stir in brown sugar.
  3. Line a baking pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Prepare the potatoes as per the Herb Roasted Potatoes recipe.
  6. Place the chicken on the baking pan and top with the garlic and brown sugar mixture.
  7. Spread the diced potatoes throughout the pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until everything is crisp.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
