Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, then remove from heat and stir in brown sugar.
- Line a baking pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the potatoes as per the Herb Roasted Potatoes recipe.
- Place the chicken on the baking pan and top with the garlic and brown sugar mixture.
- Spread the diced potatoes throughout the pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until everything is crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
