Ingredients

  • ¾ cup coconut sugar

  • 1 ½ cups oat flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Mix ground flaxseed with warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes to gel.
  3. Add coconut oil, almond butter, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to the flax mixture and beat until fluffy.
  4. Incorporate oat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt to form a soft dough.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and roll the dough into 14 balls.
  6. Place the balls on the baking sheet, flatten slightly if desired, and sprinkle with flaky salt.
  7. Bake for 8-9 minutes, being careful not to over-bake.
