Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Mix ground flaxseed with warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes to gel.
- Add coconut oil, almond butter, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to the flax mixture and beat until fluffy.
- Incorporate oat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt to form a soft dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips and roll the dough into 14 balls.
- Place the balls on the baking sheet, flatten slightly if desired, and sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes, being careful not to over-bake.
