Classic Broccoli Cheese Soup

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot and cook onions until translucent.
- Add garlic and potatoes, cooking for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Add broccoli and cook covered for 15 minutes on medium-low heat.
- Stir in kale and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetable stock, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Blend the soup until smooth, then return to pot and stir in cheese until melted.
- Serve with garlic bread and top with cracked pepper and olive oil.
