One-Pot Creamy Chicken Piccata Pasta

Instructions
- Mix 1 tablespoon of flour with salt and pepper, then coat the chicken in this mixture.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot and cook the chicken until browned, then set aside.
- Lower the heat and add remaining oil and butter, then sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Whisk in the remaining flour, then add milk, broth, and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Add spaghetti to the pot, cover with liquid, and bring to a boil before reducing to a simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in capers, lemon zest, parsley, and the cooked chicken.
- Place broccoli on top, cover, and steam for 2 minutes before mixing everything together.
