Easy Snowball Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the white whole wheat flour, ½ cup powdered sugar, melted butter or coconut oil, ground walnuts, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir in the vanilla and almond extract until combined.
- Roll about 2 tablespoons of dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, pressing down lightly.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until set but not browned.
- Let the cookies cool completely before rolling them in the remaining 1 cup of powdered sugar.
