Cold Shrimp and Avocado Salad

Instructions
- Season the raw shrimp with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until bright pink.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, avocado, tomatoes, basil, remaining olive oil, lime juice, cucumbers, onions, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the salad for an hour or serve immediately.
