Pink Lemonade Vodka Slush

Ingredients

  • 1 can (12 ounce) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 1 bottle (2 liter) citrus soda

Instructions

  1. Combine the lemonade concentrate, vodka, and citrus soda in an empty one-gallon ice cream pail.
  2. Chill the mixture for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight, or up to a month in advance.
  3. Remove from the freezer 1 to 2 hours before serving to allow it to soften.
  4. To serve, add 1 cup of the slush to a glass and top with additional soda as desired.
