Instructions
- Blend the lemon juice, sugar or honey, and anise seeds in a blender until the seeds are broken down, about thirty seconds.
- Add the water (or vodka, yogurt, or pilsner) and enough ice to fill the blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to thin it out.
- Adjust sweetness and lemon juice to taste.
- Serve immediately.
