Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Goat Cheese and Walnuts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F with a baking sheet inside.
- Toast the walnuts on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes until golden brown and fragrant, then set aside.
- Increase the oven temperature to 450°F and prepare the Brussels sprouts by tossing them with oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes until the edges are brown and crispy.
- Add crumbled goat cheese on top of the Brussels sprouts and roast for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is warm and softened.
- Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish, add the toasted walnuts, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and toss gently.
