Instructions
- Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl and add salt to taste.
- In a small saucepan, mix honey and sugar, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until melted, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and stir gently until coated.
- Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Let it sit until the chocolate hardens, then stir in the Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
