Coconut Macadamia Frosting

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and place macadamia nuts on a baking sheet.
- Bake the nuts for 8-10 minutes until golden and fragrant, then let them cool.
- Blend the cooled macadamia nuts in a food processor until they form a meal and set aside.
- Blend the shredded coconut in the food processor until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add the macadamia nut meal and vanilla to the coconut mixture and blend until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired sweetness is reached.
- Use the frosting immediately or refrigerate it to thicken before use.
