Coconut Cream Frosting

Instructions
- Heat the coconut milk, agave, and salt in a medium saucepan for 10 minutes.
- Mix the arrowroot powder and water in a small bowl to form a smooth paste.
- Pour the arrowroot mixture into the saucepan and whisk vigorously until combined.
- Bring the mixture to a brief boil until it becomes shiny.
- Remove from heat and gradually blend in the coconut oil using a hand blender.
- Allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
- Refrigerate for 45-120 minutes until the frosting solidifies and turns white.
- Blend again with a hand blender until fluffy.
- Spread the frosting over cakes or cupcakes.
