Instructions
- Sauté leeks and ginger in ghee or coconut oil over medium heat until soft.
- Add salt, white pepper, and coconut milk, and let simmer.
- Incorporate spinach in batches, stirring until wilted.
- Adjust seasoning and serve with a squeeze of lime.
