Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bundt cake pan with butter and flour.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla with an electric mixer.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and water to the wet ingredients until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then invert onto a plate.
- To make the whipped cream, shake heavy cream in a jar until it thickens.
- Once the cake is cool, top it with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.
